Why should i get married...

On my first birthday after i got my job..which happened to be my 22nd birthday...my parents asked me the most difficult question for a bachelor, "When do i plan to settle down" in other word when i am going to get married...since i had not thought about this marriage thing...so just said "lets wait for two years and then we can think what to do". Last month when i turned 25 my parents again said "we had enough of you, now either you tell us about girl in your life(If any??) or we will let you know the date and venue of ur marriage"...so after 3 years i realized that situation is pretty much the same...i am still not sure whether i am ready to get married or not...When i think about my life ahead all i can think is of doing my MBA...having a wife and kids do not fit into my future plan...plz dont tell this to my mom and dad, otherwise they will tell me the date and venue of my marriage tomorrow...after having a lot of reasoning they have agreed to wait for another year(Thank god for that)..but why parents are in such a hurry to get their kids married?? why they cant let us enjoy our single status....lets see if i can put down all the reason why parents want their kids to get married at the earliest....

1) Now you are earning well and pretty settled in your job so whats better then getting married....now what is this cant i earn for myself...
2) All your friends are getting married why dont you......let them why should i,
3) This girl is a nice match...you wont get better if you delay it further.......helooo are all girls moving back to Venus in a year,,
4) Because we want you to be......now thats a bit too strong statement.
5) Will make you more mature and responsible.....what whole world couldn't do in 25 years....
6) You are getting older...i have been doing this for years..;)


Thats enough i guess...

My first blog..

My first post...After postponing it for near a year...here i am writing my first blog...u must be wondering whats the big deal...nowadays everybody is turning blogger, thats the in thing right now...but there is more to my blogging then just this...
lets see why i am writing this blog....

1) What i said above...everybody is writing so why not join the party....
2) I have a problem sharing my exact thoughts....i am often equivocal in my expression of thoughts...so blog might provide me an opportunity to express myself freely...
3) I am too lazy to do anything physical...i mean sports wgarah....
4) Its the cheapest way to keep myself busy...having girl friend is an expensive proposition...
5) This is one place where one can write anything without worrying abt anything else...

Now these reasons are good enough to push me to write this blog...lets see how long i will be able to take it forward before it also falls to my laziness...
